Fave food to prepare professionally:

I would have to say Filipino food by far would have to be my favorite type of cuisine to prepare.  Through the years of my cooking career, Filipino food always stood out to me.  Growing up in a Filipino family, this is all ate for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I guess you can call it sheltered growing up as a Filipino/American, but it definitely paid off.

Fave Filipino food to prepare at home:

My favorite food to cook is Pancit Palabok.

Fave Filipino food to prepare at home:

My daughter and I are really the only ones that eat Filipino food at home aside from Halo-Halo. We like to prepare sinigang baboy, adobong pusit, chicken and pork adobo and some other not so popular dishes that my grandma use to make me as a kid (not sure if they’re Filipino in origin), but I’ve never seen anyone else eat like hard boiled eggs, with tomatoes and Patis, I can eat that on most days. Lol

GINELLE’S NOEL

Fave food to prepare professionally:

I don't really have a favorite food to make professionally, but I like the Sticky Bun from time to time because I like the cinnamon and icing syrup all over it.
