Dear Foodie Fam,

Aside from the enjoying the delicious food and the intimate, chic ambiance… there’s really something special about eating at Heat Shabu Baru.

I’ve always admired the camaraderie amongst the staff at Heat Shabu Baru. Everyone seems like a family and everyone seems genuinely interested in your own friends or family which join you at their table. Coming into this place feels like entering the home of a bunch of siblings who are happy to share their feast with you.

Here’s a bit about some of the staff:

  5. If you were a food, what would you be and why? A5 Wagyu, because I’m top notch.
